Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship from our Utah-based location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@virgilrodcompany.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
